5. Registration and Student Information

To join a course or receive course-related support, you may be required to provide your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email, city, course interest and payment details.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your information is correct.
• We are not responsible for missed updates due to incorrect phone number, WhatsApp number, email address or other contact details.
• You agree not to register using someone else’s identity or contact details without authorisation.
• Course access may be provided only after payment confirmation, where applicable.

6. Course Fees, Offers and Payment

The course fee, offer price and inclusions are displayed on the website, poster, landing page or communicated by our mentors. Currently, the listed offer price may be ₹2999 against an actual price of ₹5999, subject to availability and change.

• Fees may change from time to time without prior notice.
• Special discount, limited seats or promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time.
• Payment is considered successful only after confirmation from the payment gateway, UPI, bank or our internal records.
• Any payment gateway charges, bank charges, taxes or convenience fees may be additional where applicable.
• Do not share UPI PIN, OTP, banking password, card CVV or sensitive payment credentials with anyone claiming to represent us.

7. Cancellation, Refund and Replacement Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy available on our website, if published separately. In case of conflict, the specific Refund Policy shall prevail over this general clause.

• Course fees may be non-refundable once access, batch confirmation, digital material, recordings or training support has been provided.
• If a refund is approved by us, it may take 3–5 working days or longer depending on bank/payment gateway timelines.
• Refund requests must be raised through official contact details only.
• No refund shall be granted for misuse, violation of terms, false registration details, abusive conduct or unauthorised sharing of course content.

8. Course Access and Learning Support

Course access, session timing, materials, support mode and communication channels may vary depending on batch, mentor availability and course format.

• Course access is for the registered student only.
• Access details, links, groups, recordings or materials must not be shared with others.
• Live session timing, batch schedule or mentor availability may change due to operational reasons.
• Lifetime support means course-related reasonable support and guidance. It does not mean unlimited personal consulting, guaranteed response time or lifetime one-to-one service.
• Support may be provided through WhatsApp, call, group, online meeting or other channels decided by us.

9. User Conduct

You agree to use our website, course, groups and communication channels respectfully and lawfully.

• Do not use abusive, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene or harassing language.
• Do not spam, promote unrelated services or disturb other learners.
• Do not copy, record, leak, sell, share or redistribute course material without permission.
• Do not attempt to hack, misuse, damage or disrupt the website, forms, payment process or course groups.

11. No Income or Growth Guarantee

Umang Classes provides education, strategy, guidance and practical training. We do not guarantee fixed income, followers, views, engagement, monetisation approval, brand deals, freelancing clients or business results.

• Social media platforms may change their algorithms, policies, monetisation rules and eligibility requirements at any time.

• Attempting fraud, payment manipulation or fake registration.
• Misusing our brand, content, name, logos or materials.
• Engaging in illegal, deceptive or harmful activity using our training.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delay, interruption or failure in providing services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failure, server outage, government action, cyber incidents, strikes, payment gateway downtime, platform outages, public emergencies, illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time due to changes in law, business practices, website features, course structure, pricing, payment methods or operational requirements.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the website, course, payment, support, content or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, based on the business location and applicable law. The word “exclusive” is intentionally not used here so the clause remains flexible and less restrictive.
