By registering for the course, making payment, accessing course material, joining a batch, attending a class or using support services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Our aim is to handle refund requests fairly, transparently and within a reasonable timeline while considering the nature of digital education services.

2. Scope of This Policy
This policy covers payments made for:
- Umang Classes social media earning course.
- Online or offline course registration.
- Batch booking or seat confirmation.
- Digital learning material, recordings, support access or mentor guidance.
- Special discounted course offers or limited-seat campaigns.
This policy does not apply to third-party platform charges, bank charges, UPI charges, payment gateway fees or any external service purchased directly from another provider.
3. When Refund May Be Approved
Refund may be considered only in limited and genuine cases, after internal review.

4. Non-Refundable Cases
Due to the nature of digital learning, mentor support and course access, refunds may not be approved in the following cases:
- Course access, batch link, group access, recordings, notes, PDFs or learning material has already been provided.
- Student has attended a live class, orientation, demo after payment or mentor session.
- Refund request is based only on change of mind after enrolment.
- Student did not attend the class despite receiving schedule, link or communication.
- Student provided wrong contact details and missed updates.
- Student expected guaranteed income, followers, views, monetisation approval or brand deals.
- Student violated Terms & Conditions, misused course content or behaved abusively.
- Course purchased under a special discount, limited-seat offer or promotional campaign where non-refundable terms were communicated.
- Refund request is made after unreasonable delay or after significant course/support delivery.
Umang Classes teaches skills, strategy and practical methods. We do not guarantee fixed income, followers, monetisation approval or platform growth results.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be raised through official contact details as early as possible.
- If cancellation is requested before payment, no fee is charged.
- If cancellation is requested after payment but before course access, batch confirmation, learning material or support delivery, refund may be reviewed.
- If cancellation is requested after course access or service delivery, refund may be rejected.
- Umang Classes may cancel or reschedule any batch due to operational reasons, mentor availability, technical issue or force majeure event.
If Umang Classes cancels a course/batch and no alternative batch or equivalent service is provided, refund may be issued as per this policy.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through official WhatsApp, phone or email with complete details.
- Student full name.
- Registered mobile/WhatsApp number.
- Course name.
- Payment date and amount.
- Transaction ID, UPI reference number, payment screenshot or receipt.
- Reason for refund request.
- Bank/UPI details only if required and requested by our team.
Incomplete refund requests may take longer to verify or may be rejected if payment cannot be traced.
7. Refund Review and Processing Timeline
Once we receive a complete refund request, our team will review the request, payment status, course access status and service delivery status.
- Initial review may take 1–3 working days.
- If approved, refund will generally be initiated within 3–5 working days.
- Actual bank/payment gateway credit time may vary depending on the bank, UPI provider, card network or payment gateway.
- Working days exclude Sundays, public holidays, bank holidays and payment gateway downtime.
Refund approval and refund credit are different stages. Approval is done by Umang Classes, but final credit may depend on bank/payment gateway timelines.
8. Refund Mode
Approved refunds are usually processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
- If payment was made through UPI, refund may be processed to the same UPI ID or bank account.
- If payment was made through payment gateway/card/net banking, refund may be routed through the same gateway.
- If original refund route is not available, we may request alternate bank/UPI details for refund.
- We may require identity/payment verification before processing refund to avoid fraud.
Umang Classes will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, card CVV, net banking password or any sensitive payment credential for refund processing.
9. Failed Payments, Chargebacks and Disputes
If payment is deducted but not confirmed, you should first wait for bank/payment gateway settlement status. Many failed transactions are automatically reversed by banks or payment providers.
- If payment failed and amount was not received by us, refund must be handled by your bank/payment provider.
- If payment was received by us and duplicate/failed status is verified, refund may be processed as per this policy.
- Any chargeback or payment dispute raised through bank/payment provider may require additional verification.
- False chargebacks, payment manipulation or fraudulent disputes may result in course access suspension and legal action.
10. Partial Refunds and Adjustments
In some cases, instead of a full refund, Umang Classes may offer a practical resolution.
- Transfer to another batch.
- Course access extension.
- Additional support session.
- Partial refund after deducting payment gateway charges, administrative cost or already delivered service value, where legally permissible.
- Credit adjustment against another course or future batch, if mutually agreed.
Any adjustment or partial refund will be decided case-by-case.
11. Refund Data and Privacy
For processing refund requests, we may collect and verify personal data such as student name, contact details, transaction information, payment screenshot, bank/UPI details and communication history.
- Refund-related data is used only for verification, payment reversal, accounting, legal compliance and dispute handling.
- We may retain refund records for accounting, tax, legal and audit purposes.
- Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
12. Misuse, Abuse and Policy Violation
Refund request may be rejected and course access may be suspended if the student:
- Shares course content, recordings, links or materials without permission.
- Uses abusive, threatening or disrespectful language with mentors/team.
- Attempts fraud, fake payment proof or duplicate refund claim.
- Misuses WhatsApp groups, class links, student data or support channels.
- Violates our Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
13. Changes to This Refund Policy
Umang Classes may update this Refund Policy from time to time due to changes in course structure, payment process, legal requirements, business operations or support model.
Updated policy will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or course services after updates means you acknowledge the updated policy.
